Vinessum is first of all a "community" that takes its first steps in 2014 from an intuition of Andrea Marchetti to promote an idea of wine that is the result of the craftsman's work and representative of the territory. Wine meant therefore as a traditional and cultural value, human and humanistic and not just tasting.
With the collaboration of his friend Tiziano Ferriani, an operator in the sector and a pioneer in offering natural wines in Bologna, the first Vinessum brand events are born. The success is immediate, thanks to the festive and informal climate, combined with a professional and meticulous organization in the details.
In a short time Vinessum increasingly shifts its target towards so-called "natural" producers, whose work in the vineyard is characterized by the renunciation of the use of substances such as chemical weeding and systemic treatments, while in the cellar the grapes are accompanied to express its characteristics avoiding homologating practices and shortcuts, minimizing the oenological adjuvants.
